1. Who we are

The Property Stewards Co. (we, us, our) provides property care and maintenance services across the Ipswich–Logan corridor in South East Queensland. Contact: [email protected].

2. Privacy (Australian Privacy Principles)

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as they apply to our business.

We collect information you give us when you request a quote, book a job, email or message us, or use our website forms. That can include your name, phone number, email, suburb or address, the service you need, notes about the property, and photos you upload or send (for example for a free photo quote).

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver work, send service updates (including by SMS where you have agreed), invoice, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with subcontractors or partners only as needed to carry out a job you have asked for (for example pest, pool safety or yard work), and with service providers who help us run our systems (such as our CRM, booking or messaging tools). We keep information only as long as we need it for those purposes or as required by law.

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

3. Photos, SMS and marketing

Photos you send for a quote are used to understand the job and price it. We do not publish your photos without your permission.

If you provide a mobile number and agree to SMS updates, we may text you about your quote, booking or job. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by telling us or using the stop option in a message. Service messages about an active job may still be sent where needed.

4. Website terms (simple)

This website is for general information about our services in South East Queensland. Prices shown are a guide only. Every job is confirmed by a free photo quote. We may change content, prices or availability without notice.

You agree not to misuse the site or submit false or unlawful content through our forms. To the extent allowed by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone. Nothing on this page limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
